General Process
Upon verification of payment from the date of processing your orders, Reverie Island will deliver your items within 2-3 business days.
Reverie Island do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and please ensure that the address given is complete and correct to avoid delay of your items and unnecessary tracing and re-routing process and fees.
In the event where there is an out-of-stock situation, you will immediately be notified by email immediately and given the choice to cancel or change the order or wait for the re-supply.
Local Orders
Reverie Island strongly advise our customers to opt for Speedpost Islandwide service provided by our reliable delivery provider, Singpost, to minimize risk of loss of items especially for high value order. All purchases include FOC local posting in Singapore ONLY.
International Orders and Delivery Service
Reverie Island will charge the exact amount to be paid to the delivery or courier service provider and the selected mode of delivery in order to ship the ordered items to you.

Shopping Cart page, you will be presented with a list of available shipping methods, together with the shipping rates and transit time to the destination country.
We strongly advise our customers to opt for insurance especially for high value order as well as fear of losing their items during delivery.
Packing
All goods are packed in thick, opaque brown bubble envelope whenever possible. For larger volume, carton box will be used. All quoted shipping rates are inclusive of packing materials.
Transit Time
Transit time is in business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and custom delays. If a time range is indicated, the lower range refers to the estimated time to reach major cities.
Return
Reverie Island take pride in providing and sending satisfactory products to our customers. If in any cases, our customers are not satisfied with the condition of our products they ordered, they must contact us within 3 business days from the date they received the products. Reverie Island will rectify the issue via email and customers must meanwhile keep the products in the condition they received including the packing material. Customers are responsible for the delivery / shipping charges on any returned products. Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted for return. Reverie Island reserved the rights to decline any goods return that does not conform to above requirement.

All sensitive/credit information will not be stored in our databases.
Reverie Island may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.
Reverie Island uses PayPal as our secure mode of payment. When Reverie Island transfer or receive certain types of sensitive information such as credit card number, we redirect customers to PayPal which has the latest SSL technology and will notify the customers through a pop-up screen on our site. All our customers confidential information including profile and transaction histories will be kept confidential. Reverie Island do not sell, share and distribute our customers confidential information.
